David Mosby - President and Founder
Dave founded InterWorks in 1991 to "help people work with technology". Working with
innovative leaders in large and small companies he has led the InterWorks team
to produce unique business process and technology solutions in
a broad range of industries and application areas.
Formerly, he was president and CEO of Softguard Systems, Inc., a publicly traded software company that licensed core software technology to companies like Lotus, Ashton-Tate, Novell, WordPerfect, Quark, Adobe, etc. He also has held positions in product marketing and sales with University Computing Company, Boole & Babbage, and SAGE Software
all of which leveraged strong analytic, management, and technology skills. Throughout his career, he has successfully lead teams that bring new technologies and business operations to new markets.
David is co-author of "The Paradox of
Excellence".
Michael
Weissman - Strategy Consultant
Before founding Fresh Perspectives in 1997, to
"help companies grow", Michael had been CEO of a multimillion-dollar
business, co-founder in a web start-up, an expert
witness on marketing issues and generated over
$500 million in new business while holding senior
marketing roles with several large high technology
companies.
As CEO and principal consultant, he has counseled business leaders in startups and
major public corporations including Adobe
Systems, Apple Computer, EDS, Fidelity
Investments, Hewlett Packard, Intel, Pyramid
Brewery, Sybase, Toshiba, and dozens of others.
Throughout his career, Michael has won
marketing awards for products, promotions, web
design, and branding.
By integrating his undergraduate
business degree from Babson College and an MBA
from University of California, Irvine, with
real-world experience Michael has enabled his
teams and clients to successfully create
innovative businesses, strategies, products,
services and brands.
Michael is co-author of "The

Don Gray - Sales Performance Consultant
Don, founder and president of Sales Engineering Group, is a key partner in delivering organizational design and change reinforcement specifically in the area of Major Account Retention. His consulting activities, which include design, development, and deployment guidance of programs that improve sales performance, have produced improved business results with Fortune 1000 Companies that include NCR, Teradata, Qualcomm, BISYS, Aramark, Mellon Bank, Sprint Canada, Alltel, Foxboro, APV, Symantec, Intel, and Superior Consultants. His interdisciplinary perspective is a result of his twenty-seven year career working with hundreds of companies to integrate sales focused business processes with applications, data warehousing, and technology infrastructure solutions. His executive and operations roles in sales, marketing, international management, strategic planning and sales development have prepared him to produce results at several levels within sales organizations in a variety of industries.
James McGrail - Application Consultant
Jim is InterWorks' key designer and developer of
InterWorks' Value Reinforcement Solutions as well as a broad array of client sponsored application software. He has designed and developed a wide range of client specific software as well as software for products licensed by Boole & Babbage, Tessaract and InterWorks. His broad experience includes logistics specific applications for Circle International, APL, Crowley Maritime, Energy Power Research Institute, Pacific Cartage and Warehousing, and others.
Dwayne Price - Foundation Consultant
Dwayne is InterWork's lead designer and developer of re-usable infrastructure
technology that supports our Value Reinforcement
Solutions. Throughout his 25-year career in information technology, he has provided leadership for his colleagues in design, development, and implementation of foundation technologies that enhance quality and supportability in application software. He has created core foundation technologies that have shown up in software products from Tessaract, Boole & Babbage, Smallframe Systems, and mission critical applications for many others.
Randy Kincaid -
Usability Consultant
Randy is the principal designer of the user
experience aspects of InterWorks' Value
Reinforcement Solutions and other
products. He has spent most of the decade since his graduation from CalPoly San Luis Obisbo leveraging his talent for graphic and industrial design and training as an engineer creating packaged multi-media products. In project management and operations roles that range from marketing communications for internal use and software company clients, to software product training materials, he delivers value through the effective use of appropriate technologies to enable people to take new, more effective, action at work in business and at play with InterWorks' recreation products.
