When you look at the "function bar" of  blue buttons across the top of the page, you can see exactly what functions you can perform.

The "pull down" lists in the body of the screen allow you to choose, or filter the list of Action Items you see when you click the Browse Items button.  

A "filtered" list of Action Items is reached by clicking the Browse Items button.
